We are thrilled to announce that basketball superstar Josh Harrellson has successfully completed his naturalization process and is now a fully-fledged Japanese citizen. Friendship with the Republic of San Marino amidst the difficulties of the Novel Coronavirus PandemicIn April of this year, we received a Certificate of Appreciation for donating relief supplies through the Embassy of the Republic of San Marino.
It is an honor that we could provide assistance to San Marino under the Covid-19 coronavirus situation. We hope the pandemic situation in every country settles down soon.

San Marino, located on the Adriatic side of central Italy and known as one of the world’s oldest Republic, is the only country in Europe that houses a Shinto style shrine, the first built and authorized by Jinja Honcho Japanese Society. His Excellency Mr. Manlio Cadelo, Ambassador of the Republic of San Marino, who is also known to be a Japanophile, has published numerous books on Japan, such as “Why Japan is admired from the world”.
