  • Additional JPY 1,000 will be charged for a “Translator’s certification / declaration”.
  • The delivery should be made within 7 business days.
  • We charge an additional amount when quick delivery is requested.
  • Please inquire for the translation of other types of documents and the translation from / into other languages. We are happy to provide you with estimated cost.
  • Simple translation for application matters is included in our handling procedures.

Notarization

Notarization of public documents by Notary Public: From JPY 10,000+Notary fee JPY 11,500

Notarization of public documents by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: From JPY 10,000 + Notary fee JPY 11,500

Authentication of official seals and apostille by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: From JPY 20,000

1. Credit card

Payments can be made online securely by your Visa, MasterCard, or JCB card through the Telecom Credit System (the payment service provider).※We cannot accept Citibank cards.

All personal and billing information is transmitted using a secure SSL protocol, and none of the information from your credit card will remain on our website. Please note that on your credit card statement not “Nakai Immigration Services” but “Telecom Credit” will be shown as the payment recipient.
