We are pleased to announce our merger with ‘RSM Shiodome Partners AS Co.’, a firm recognized for its global and advanced administrative services. This merger marks a new chapter for us, and as of July 1, 2025, our new name will be ‘RSM Shiodome Partners AS Co.’.  

Along with this merger, our corporate headquarters will also be relocating on July 1, 2025. Our new address will be:

We’re delighted to share that as of April 30, 2024, Masahito Nakai, our Representative Partner, has transitioned to the role of Senior Advisor, while Shunsuke Kagei will be leading the charge moving forward.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of you for your unwavering support. Your ongoing support means the world to me, and I’m incredibly grateful.

I have an important announcement to make. I’ve had the honor of leading our firm for 32 years since its inception in 1992. Throughout this journey, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones and gathered invaluable experience through our partnerships with over 1,000 companies, including those listed. Your kindness and support have been instrumental in our success, and I’m deeply thankful for it.

During our recent meeting with board members, I’ve made the decision to step down from my role as Representative Partner and take on the new role of Senior Advisor.

Stepping into my shoes as the new Representative Partner will be Mr. Shunsuke Kagei. I kindly ask that you extend the same warmth and support to Mr. Kagei as you have to me.

In closing, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported our firm over the years. It is with great honor for me to announce to you that I, Shunsuke Kagei, have assumed the role as the new Representative Partner at Nakai Immigration Services LPC, succeeding Masahito Nakai, the firm’s founder, with a rich 32-year history since its inception.

Since its establishment as an administrative attorney firm, our company has been dedicated to fostering material and intellectual well-being, growth, and development not only for our team but also for all individuals, businesses, and society at large that we are connected with. Aligned with this mission, we have garnered extensive experience and achievements through our partnerships with over 1,000 companies, including numerous publicly listed ones. At the board member meeting held today on April 30, I was elected as a Representative Member of the Board to uphold this esteemed legacy. With a profound sense of responsibility in my new capacity, I am committed to furthering the firm’s development and progress.
